Help: Illegal System DLL Relocation error?

Has anyone ever seen this before or know what could cause it? It appears every time I restart my computer, and since it has started showing up I've uninstalled AVG and removed all of its components (I tried, at least), and I've started using Avast! instead. Even with this, the error message continues to pop up.
