I noticed that there was writing on hand-grenades when I was throwing them at myself (FF off).  I think it says:

Grenade, Hand, Frag Delay, M67

Yea, thanks xma5k1.  Well, now you know if you didn't; which I never have until now.

Edit: Comp B is the Explosive filler, the numbers are the SN and Lot Number
