Have you ever paid attention to this?  Sometimes (very rare) you kill someone or get killed and there's a sound that goes like a very scary "hahahahaaaa" playing...  Does anyone knows what makes that sound to be played?  I've heard it today on =AoC= WAKE ONLY!

I played almost 800 hours on BF2 and heard it only two or three times...

It happens when you spot an enemy that is critically wounded, I believe.

Apparantly it happens when a person used their battlefield 2 account details to create their 2142 account, it gives you BF2 veteran status on 2142 and also a 'evil laugh' that will be used in bf2 when they spot a dead body.

Something like that.. had something to do with bf2s veteran program anyway

ok thanks.  I can see that this topic has already been discussed recently. so I apologize and thank you again for you reply.  I must tell you that at first I was bit scared satan took control of my computer, now I feel much better!   What a wuss I am!

i hear this on average once every couple times i play bf2, sketched me out a bit at first but thanks for the info. can anybody confirm this?

i have my own theory why this happens

well it seems to be the case every time i'v heard it

you see some guy, you start shooting him, he's nearly dead (down to say 2 bars), then he turns rownd and pwns you from full health

then you'll hear the HE HE HE !
