BF2S Forums C4 Glitch. It's just 2 annoying now. How can you stop or minimize it?

Yea that's hard to do -iLL*NaYmL3sS i find that I throw then in mid air hold back to back up just a bit or i'll dive to the left or right to maximize my distance from the C4... or throw it around a corner..  but yea the blast radius makes it nearly impossible to not take damage.

Yea i've been experimenting lately. i find if i jump backwards abit, i can get away with minimal damage. I guess what helped was changing the angle of my toss. b4, i'd aim too low which caused it to blow up 2 close even though it didnt look like it. I just aimed higher and i got better results. lol i even got booted from a server for bunnyhopping with c4 . Shouldda took a screen shot. i was pwning.

Yea it really makes people mad... but hey... we only got a little bit of time to go before it's gone so enjoy it while you can... it won't stop us though... we'll just need to get more crafty with it and it's placement.  I love to run behind the enemy and not fire, but run through a group of them and drop a pack or two, then run around the corner and BOOM.... most players expect you to start shooting when you see the enemy but you can run in and out without being noticed sometimes... Ninja Style....

Yea it sucks they're getting rid of it right when i got into the c4 bunnyhopping thing

I have managed to get my expert C4 badge but my kill/death  went into the toilet .

If u noticed, rd volx has lots of suicides too and i bet its from c4 chucking. I too have lots of suicides.

I got expert i aslo got banned for the server i got it on...lol

i got 34 kills and still didn't get my vet but its easy just be patient and camp and when some enemy comes walking near it BOOM!!!! hes gone

Got my expert recently. i got booted as well from the server for bunnyhopping with c4. everyone was calling me a pussy and a hacker for blowing up c4 in mid air. c4 is my new buddy <3

As soon as I throw it, I press right click once and nothing.... still the pack is there

I've tried it by pressing right quick repetitively but again nothing, no trace of the detonation unit.

I think some people have it, and some don't. Which is really fucked up tbh.

i don't know why people can't do it

I was a THREE kills away from c4 expert badge! lol talk about annoying.

Guys, we've had this discussions before.. It's NOT a glitch, it's simply to prevent you from detonating the c4 immediately and causing everyone to be blown to smitherines in such a small amount of time, this would be chaos!! If you try it in singleplayer, it works fine.. 'coz' it's single player! lol

The simplest solution to come up with is just wait 2/3 seconds, then detonate. Although there is 1 or 2 tricks you can use. Hmm.. shall i tell you guys... Hmm.. lol, yah i'll be nice tonight .

1.Once you throw 2 c4's you can detonate IMMEDIATELY without worrying.
2.Throw 1 c4 hidden somwhere so you don't tk anyone, and then once you throw the second to the place you like, you can detonate immediately (even whilst it is in the air).
