First

Since you were born to the first time you started masturbating.

So for example when you were to the first time you started masturbating whether it was when you turned ten or fifteen or whenever.

So that would be 10 or fifteen years without it.

Second

you at least had to masturbate for one year occasionally before you hit the cold turkey all of a sudden.

So you had to do be doing it for quite some time on daily, weekly basis before you hit the cold turkey.
