stats/badges/awards allow me to challenge myself on this virtual thingy. That's like a plus. They for sure affect my gameplay but not in a bad way cause finally I have still good time in playing this game.

- How important are Stats/Awards/Unlocks to you?

if i'm close to getting an award/unlock/new rank i'll go for it, but otherwise i just play because it's fun
Stats = Meh.
Awards = Pretty, but unless I'm close to getting them, meh.
Unlocks = Fun, but not quite as fun as stocks.
They need some sorta defibrillator unlock

stats > awards > shit =< unlocks
I play normally most of the time, but it is fun working for awards.
Stats I don't care about, I started off a total noob so they suck. I just play for fun, not to say I'm 1337 and stuff.

Stats is alright... Good to know how you're doing.
Awards are meh. They're nice and give that extra challenge but some of them are just silly.
Unlocks were a hell of a lot better in the first couple months of BF2. Ranks and unlocks were hard to come by before officer ranks were in. (Excluding 2LT) Not many people had them and they were the shit. Now days it's like, oh yea got picked off by an l85 or noob burst by a G36E.

they are veeeery important indeed
Stats = Life
Stats = Life
hmmmm, what can i say it's all somewhat important isn't it cause if we didn't have medals or ribbons or unlocks then there wouldn't be anything to strife for. but then again i do like a shiny medal.

i just play. sometimes ill go for certain awards for fun...but yeah...i mostly focus on getting better with kits
I like going for all the awards/ribbons/medals/badges since I think it makes me a well-rounded player. Instead of being stuck on one kit doing the same thing over and over, or playing in the same vehicle, I get to experience the whole game and play every little part of it. There are some awards that are going to take a while to achieve, so I don't worry too much about them and I'll get them when I get them.
There have been times where I'd be going for a ribbon or badge and all I needed were the IAR requirements, but I kept getting so close and it was just stressing me out to no end. I had to stop for a while and tell myself it's just a stupid game and I'll get those awards when the time is right, no need to worry about them right away.

stats and unlocks gives the game something extra's. i love it and it kept the game still alive today...it's nice to see how you progress in the game.
i love the game and i love the stats system....

considering ive gone from a .2 kdr, to a 1.7 and riseing, i fn care a lot about stats.
stats and awards are the reason to keep playing not the reason to be playing,
and by the way what are the extra kit items in the packs anybody know where to answer that question?

in one word...'meh'
Nothing more than pixels to me. Stats were a mistake for BF2, tbh.
Unlocks were cool to get, in the time
Stats to me are something to work towards, trying to get better in all aspects, since I started out so horribly
Awards are pretty cool, but I'll only "go" for them if I noticed that I'm close to the time required or have the possibility of getting them in the next round.
If you were to take them away I would just play sniper 24/7, because IMO it's the most "fun".

To me they are not that important but i still go for them
They are there to keep people addicted to the game
i luv em
No. I do not care about stats anymore and I honestly do not care if I get killed 10 times in a row, I just like having fun.
Having good accuracy ratio is impossible aswell, since I tend to spray everywhere. Like empty half a magazine from pistol into the thin air, then reload and say: Lol!
Sums it up.
