I've been trying to get this while being in an armor w/ someone but they just cant get enough kills..I need some tips!

I'd actually recommend being support.
Get the helicopter on Sharqi, get your gunner to be an Engi/spec-ops and drop all his mines/C4 before he gets in the helicopter. Get him in the gunner's position, and he'll get rearmed inside and you'll get the special ability point..
The rest should be easy.
I got it on Zatar Wetlands by chance way back, wasn't even trying to get it.
