I've been trying to run it, but whenever I play it in game I get a horribly garbled sound. It's really bad.

Any ideas why? I'm running a USB mic, but I doubt that has to do with anything...

The voice codec CS:S uses sucks, a lot. You aren't doing anything wrong, that's just as good as it gets.

Ya, I get huge feedback on CS:S and DoD:S, and everyone says "Shut up noob"
I also have a USB mic, its good everywhere else, but that Steam.
