What would you like to see in the near future?

By near I mean something like 5-15 years ahead of us now. How do you think playing games will be like? Insane virtual reality rigs? A new form of transportation? New energy sources? What would that be? Cold fusion (probably not likely)?
Computerized houses (more than what you can get today)? Can be anything... what would you like to see, or what do you think will come? I have a bad imagination.... so tell me your thoughts.

The Entire planet acknowledge and start doing something about Overpopulation. Simple fact, there are too many people. Regulating Child birth globally sounds Draconian, but the global population is alreqady too big and a huge problem

What I'd like to see:

Oil gone forever, with a viable solution available. That means, no more Texas Oil monstrosities, no more rich Saudi bastards either. Can't wait till that black shit is gone forever.

I wonder how games and shit will be in 10 years time. I mean, fuck. Things are going so fast right now. The PS3/X360 already look out of date. That wasn't the case for the PS2/Xbox for ages. Seen the rumoured specs for the nVidia 9 series? 1Tflop of performance or w/e it's called. So how will shit be in 10 years time?

What about the cars? Aircraft? Space Travel? Things are improving faster than ever. Watch the next 10/20 years. Something interesting will happen.

Of course, I could be totally wrong. Nobody will find a viable alternative to oil. Starting some major wars of whats left, nothing will progress due to the wars. Resources run out because everything is based on oil, the world grinds to a halt. Terrorists, don't forget them. They could still be around. Pakistan could be over-run by Jihad Joe, that means Joe has nukes = end of world.

Nah, people are idiots. Once we find a cure for AIDS, they'll be like, "Yay, I can have as much unprotected sex as I want!" and contract 50+ STDS and die. Or war. Either way, humans will always find a way to get themselves killed.
