whats the best heat sink and fan there is for a socket 939 AMD athlon 64 X2 4800+? The one i've been looking at for a while has been the Tuniq Tower 120.
This one has really good reviews overall. I've heard a lot of nice things about Zalman HSFs. Might be somewhat pricey though.
Whatever you do, DON'T buy the Scythe Ninja. Biggest piece of junk ever made. It is very very cheaply made (feels like you're going to break it in half). It is HUUGEE! It was so big that the heatpipes bent one of my capacitors pretty far, which didn't sit too well with me. It also says it can fit a 120mm fan. Well sure, but it can only blow one way, otherwise the blades hit the fins because the fan is too big. And to top it off, it didn't cool that much better than stock. I sent that piece of crap back for a refund.
