$1.90...almost 10 GRV here in Ukraine. That's enough for a nice schnitzel with some cheese and a pinaple slice, or 2 borsches loaded with crap at the cafeteria downstairs. Its good for 1 meal but not the whole day. 60,000 Lei in Romania was the standard meal ticket allotment also, that's about $2 as well and I had no problems getting lunch on that amount.

$2000/month is outrageous in Eastern Europe, that's roughly 10x the salary of your typical po-dunk office worker here. That would be like American pilots bitching if they get paid $300,000/year. Very simple idiots, if $2000/month doesnt cut it, MOVE THE FUCK OUT OF MOSCOW.
