People who are voting are voting for what they run into the most. Of course there are mostly low ranks, because any jerk can get 600 points quickly, but may never play again for whatever reason. (Mainly new accounts) But I voted 1st Sergeant because of the gap 30k point gap. I know that I was stuck on that rank for months, even longer than corporal to sergeant before the qualification point nerfs.
There are over 17,000 Gunnery Sgts, that beat staff sgt by 1000. Someone posted something about it before.

how can you say 4 star is more common that any of the sargents ranks? there only 70 some 4 star, and 10000 sargent major.

Private is the lowest rank. When an account is created it is a Private...
