I killed the gunner out of the attack helicopter with a SRAW on the iron gator the other day. It was hovering in front on me about 10m away, and I fired my rocket and got the kill. I was as surprised as hell but also kinda dissapointed it wasn't the pilot.

Has anyone else done something similar? If somehow the gunner's compartment isn't air-tight, or if part of his body glitches through the side, then its possible the splash damage could have gotten to him.

well I'm killed guy in chopper with most of the weapons. With GL, with bazooka, with hand grenade (chopper was on helipad), with artillery, with tank, with APC, with chopper's MG and missiles and even with chopper's TV missile (chopper was just too far away and TV blowed upi just fron of it and gunner died).

M95, Anti tank weapons and Grenade launchers can kill pilots out of helis. As well as ONE (read: one) packet of c4. Anymore will destroy the entire thing. Other weapons that can hurt pilots is the machine gun jets have (i've been killed in a plane before without the plane getting destroyed... the guy just strafed the cockpit) and, I think, I THINK, apc guns, if you're lucky, because I hear a glass shattering sound when I drive a humvee and an APC targets my windows... I'm assuming the glass on humvees are reinforced and armored as with the heli glass and if the humvee glass breaks, so can the heli one.

PKM here.....on a few occasions.....u see it taking off, let rip and then drop to the ground again then hit it with nades to take out the gunner crew's...........ahhhhhhhh.....the satisfaction
