BF2S Forums Middle Eastern Democracy

I don't think the people of the Middle East want democracy. I think they want a theocracy, and I'm fine with that. I think the idea of "spreading democracy" is no better than the idea of spreading Sharia or Islamic law.

If someone lives in an oppressive theocracy I think we should make sure they have the ability to get the hell out, and get to a democracy, but if 70% of the people in Fuckwadistan want to live in some kind of back-lashing, burka-wearing, Allahville, who the hell are we to say they shouldn't? Just get the 30% out and call it a draw.

Now, my next thought on that is that if the remaining folks in Fuckwadistan (1) start trying to force other countries (Spain, France, the U.S.) to live with that shit, or (2) fund terrorism or "Islam spreading" programs, nuke the bitches into the Paleolithic period.

I'm all for pulling out and letting them do whatever the hell the majority wants and flying everyone else out, and eradicating everyone left over there if they start ANY kind of shit whatsoever.

Sounds like democracy in the US. "You're allowed to vote for your local representative as long as that representative is one of the two the government has decreed you must vote for." Democracy isn't democracy if the government chooses the ballot.
