Ok here is my  comp. specs

HP XW4100 work station with 4 gigs of ram and a ATI Radeon X850 PRO graphics card.

One day while playing on a empty FF off server it was blowing my self up into the sky with c4.

Every time I would blow the c4 the bottom of the screen would flicker with a lime green and hot pink flashes showing mini pictures in the corner of the ranks that you see in game. (i dont know why)

I tried to take a ss of it but when I did it shut my computer off.

I turned it back on and went back on to bf2 and it was so slow near a bomb or tank shell.

Its not like a freeze its like slow motion and you cant really do anything.

And sometimes it will just do random things.

I would press W to walk forward and he just started to spin and shoot even though i took my hands off the mouse and keyboard.

I'm thinking it is either my graphics card, power supply or cpu.

The graphics are still very nice, but it slows down way to much.

The power supply sometimes is loud and is only 280 watts which isn't enough and I can't find a big enough (3.75 inchs tall) unit to replace it.

They are all 3.4 or 3.5.

The cpu is soooooooooooooooooooooooo loud and very hot and blows full blast almost all the time.

Any one have any ideas on what the problem is? I don't want to spend money before I know what it is.

Most likely overheating.  Sounds like what you are seeing are called artifacts.  Try turning down the settings so your computer doesn't have to work as hard.

Try turning down the Explosions (or whatever they call it) to "Low".
It's been so long since I played I can't remember anymore

Put all effects on low and the resolution to 800 and try again. If it still does it, try to reseat your video card (don't forget to use a can of compressed air on it and the rest of your rig; hold the can perpendicularly to the ground).
