Loading takes so long because of my graphics settings, I play on 1600x1200 with max everything except anti-aliasing.

Everything maxed out except resolution is only on 1280 x 1200 due to my 21'' wide screen.

If you are so slow buy some more ram it should speed it up 2+ gigs is very quick

Same except Leadtek 8800 GTS 640Mb
and Gigabyte 965P-DS3P mobo

I usually get in before the game starts.....unless i'm packing up!

You can get really good load times from a RAID 0 array.  Also update punkbuster manually as that is involved in the map load I think.

I'v done in 5 seconds before, yes 5 seconds with graphics cranked, on server hosted very close to me.
