Heat isn't the issue since it runs at 41C on 2.6GHZ fine, but see when I set the FSB/HT to 225+ (set at 220, I think the multiplier is locked or my MB sucks and can't change it) The computer boots up in an endless cycle if I don't turn it off and clear CMOS. I read up, and saw I need to adjust my mem timings, I have two sticks (1gb stick, 512mb, one can do 166-200, other does 133-200) I put it at 166, and set all the timings at around what they show in CPUZ at 166MHz, but this endless boot sequence/black screen won't stop, Hell, I got lucky with the timings and it went to POST, and said I needed to "resetting" my CPU setting . I think it might have to do my RAM is crap and my PSU is old and bad, but here are my specs if anyone can help meh.
Current settings

my mobo/bios

my current mem/specs

And finally my gimpy mem specs

So that's that, I want to achieve 2.8GHz if possible, cooling really isn't an issue at all... >_>
Now, what's wrong, what am I missing, any gurus here (i know there are some ) able to tell me what exact specs I need to enter in bios to hit my wanted 2.8GHz
And also I am willing to go to one stick of RAM if needed (the 1gb stick) since I can't run these two sticks in dual channel)
