Well everytime I try to lauch BF2 it comes up with a Microsoft error report "send error, Don't send error"

Can someone please give me a idea on whats going on, my system specs are:

ATi X1950 512mb
AMD Dual core 4200+
2GB RAM

And I'm not sure on the rest.

BF2 isn't even lauching, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

But seriously, no idea, sorry mate. Have a look in the tech section, i think there was a couple of people wiht the same problem.

Does it launch, go to a black screen and then return to desktop?

If so, you can find out what the specific error is. Run it in windowed mode and when it crashes durring launch, you'll see an error. Take a screenshot and we'll be able to help out more.
