It seems I missed alot of ways to die in!

vehicle/supplydrop
falling/failing para
Unexploding nade in head
Being landed upon by friendly soldier
In a fire
When losing controll of plane and comes out of battlezone
Geting run over by a car friendly/enemy
Geting rolled over by car on a slope when exiting
Squashed between two tanks
By forklift

They should of course be in the pull...

C4, I love sneaking into main bases and strapping C4 to jets. Then I let them take off, fly around for a bit, then BOOM! Got to love it when you know you can kill them at any time.

Shock paddles, because unlike the knife that goes 'stab, stab, stab', you have to wait each time for the paddles to recharge

Shockpaddled, hear that zapping sound, die and then some damn smartass stands over you and throws a medic bag on your corpse lol. C4 is bad though because they had to get close enough to knife you and then get away from the blast.

Is it possible to die from being jumped on? Im pretty sure i died the other day from a team mate jumping off a building and landing on my head. Very annoying death!

LOL, I totally forgot that option. It happens alot when jumping from the flag at Hotel on Warlord and TV-house at Sharqui
