How long will we play this game? Will it become a counter-strike phenomena or will it die out in 2-4 years? Tell me what you guys think!

As it is going, I guess there will be less servers as the game gets older and then, there won't be as much players as it used to be. I think a lot of players will move to the new games coming out in the next years. Of course, some players will stick to that game though.

bf2 will last, a long time. Mostly because of the rank system. People are always creating new accounts.

When Crysis, Call Of duty 4 & Frontlines: Fuel of War will be released, then the population of BF2 will drop. I think BF2 will last for 1 year atleast.
2 years max
It's got another couple of years left at least.

I'm sticking with this game. Maybe because I've only got like 155 hrs in the helo, but it is the single reason I love to play this game. Maybe in the future I'll learn to fly jets, then I can have fun with that for a while.
I'm quitting BF2 after Crysis comes out. I hardly play BF2 anymore. Hell, CSS is more fun.
