At least that's what it thinks! Whiles installing XP on a machine today, I got this error message during the install:

That is, in english:

Insert the diskette (floppy)

Windows XP Professional CD-ROM

In drive A:

* And press Enter

How the hell did Microsoft compress about 1GB files into 1.4 MB?!

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Oops, forgot to add that CD-ROM was just missing. The message is still the same.

Are you sure Diskette doesn't mean disc, as in CD disc?

"Diskett" means floppy in swedish. "Disketten" is when it's talking about THAT floppy. (Lack of better words)
