And to answer the guy who asked about the east coast pings, i get an average of 75, and i live in NY. It doesn't lag me at all.

They are actually very friendly despite the bad rep they seem to get, except for one dude that kept TKing me out of the cobra so he could have it to himself, so i was stranded on the carrier, probably why people kept leaving .

I have also been in the company of friendly BSF players, infact, one guy joined my squad just to explain to me how they all got over 100 points on wake when everyone else had under 40 (in a bh) and he seemed pretty cool.Chowley wrote:

A. It was knowingly false.
B. It was malicious.
C. It caused you some degree of actual harm.
We are not talking about "pain and suffering" here. It has to be something like "it impaired my ability to make money" or, "I was denied a job because of the damage this did to my reputation".
You fail at life. There is no way you could sue for slander/libel over something as trivial as a game.
To prove slander/libel you have to prove:
