If the top 10 players in the world have barely broken the 100 barrier then there is even less chance of this mediocre player scoring 150+ kill streak never mind the 200 mark.
but there is the rare possibility...the highest legit streak ive seen was 125 in a chopper

My friend did 107 on sharqi gunning for me, but there is no way in hell you can do 200 legit. IMO the biggest streak you could get in a legit round is probably around the 130 mark, and that's if the conditions are perfect (quickly obtain good flags, crap enemy, no enemy chopper, limited AA & .50 cals etc.) Even in really long rounds with no pressure it's hard to far beyond 100 kills just because the enemy is really spread out and you can only kill 'em so fast.
Doesnt seem possible, even on a long server, generally server run 300 tickets a side(give or take) and 200 kills is 200 tickets, how one person would get 2 thirds of all possible kills with ticket bleed and all that are a bit suspcious.
Well, glithing inside the hotel on karkand in a very long round could probably give you 200 kills?
And could you check his victim list, if there is a guy with 200 death streak there - that would be padding.
