The only place in nyc which you can say LITERALLY has everything is the city (manhatten). The other boroughs... ESP brooklyn/s.i are sectioned off by the residents believe it or not.. (not legally.. but they won't rent/sell to someone of a diff race)
Example.. there's an area in brooklyn that is about 95% Orthodox Jewish.. Scary.. They won't rent out to a non-ortho and most houses are sold by the "owner" for the sole reason that they don't want non-orthos buying in that area. within that ENTIRE area there is ONE public elementry school. All other public schools in that area have been shut down because most of the residents attend jew-ortho schools. The 5% that isn't ortho-jew is pakistanie muslims
There are other places as well. They try to hide the fact that they're trying to keep others out but they clearly aren't doing a good job at it.
