Agradhan, I reckon you're thinking of the commander hack where dozens of cars land. This is where someone has a single vehicle land on them. I have never had it happen to me nor have I (knowingly) done it to someone else but I reckon its pretty funny and can't wait for my "first time" .

It's amusing to try and pull off, in between shouting abuse at the poor guys in Charlie squad, praising Alpha squad for no good reason, artying groups of red dots to scatter them, hiding, and taking potshots at the enemy chopper.
Tactically, it's most useful for blocking streets off, or for clogging up large areas. Oh, and giving to squads stuck alone.
