no, you retire, noob!
hasn't anyone thought about just playing nicely and accepting other peoples limitations? it is all meant to be a bit of fun
wouldn't do for everyone to be alike, thats why you get winners and losers

I never get in to the noob calling .
I stick with what the word NOOB was derived from , and that word is NEW .
So yea when I need to call names I ask . WTF RU NEW ? Or call them a Dub

hehe
there is a big difference between a noob and a newb
a noob is much more similar to a nub, whereas newb is newbie
a noob is someone who, for whatever reason, continues with newbish behavior long after that person should have overcome this lack of skill

Wouldn't that be a Smacktard? And if I think back the Germans used to mispronounce Newb as Noob on vent 'could be wrong , but thats what I remember.Blehm98 wrote:

Damn, this was revived out of nowhere.
i generally call people a tit instead as there's less chance of finding its a strict server and being kicked.
plus if i call someone a noob i'm legally forced to eat them and i don't want to get fat.

Just wondering if someone had anything witty and new.
A "newb" is someone new to the game.

How do you fly?
A "noob" is someone who's just an idiot.

Smacktard
Asshat

I simply use tard instead of noob. Just as effective.
i tend to think of smacktards as idiots
noobs are people who have been playing a game for years, yet they still make basic mistakes in playing the game that you should learn not to make in a couple days, or they are blissfully unaware of stuff a veteran gamer would notice immediately. An example would be someone who cannot understand the minimap or the damage markers on your screen in bf2, even after months of play, and then expressing frustration at getting killed from nowhere by someone they couldn't see
retarted mistakes can also qualify you as a noob, even if you are new, such as trying to learn to fly an aircraft and repeatedly either crashing or dropping bombs on teammates, without doing so on purpose, or like running past someone who is in plain sight, and then complaining about how the person was either camping or they couldn't see the person
