If members of the forum want to believe there is a dude who sits in the sky and carries out perverted experiments upon humanity and every other species on the planet, then grants them eternal bliss or pain based on about 90 years of life, all for a percieved greater good or some higher purpose. let them believe it.
If it helps them sleep at night or brings them comfort, leave them in peace.
I personally know a good few christians who are stronger people now that they have found their faith. Far more stable, happier ect...
Several times I've heard people bitching about people knocking on their door preaching; well, sorry to say it aethiests but creating threads to 'debate' topics like this, when it it quite obvious that you aren't changing any minds, is basically preaching.
If anything, it grates on my nerves.
To the religious of the forum, do not push your beliefs upon others, they should be irrelevant on a gaming forum. Even in D&ST. Want to share your opinions? Go ahead, just be respectful of others and expect to have those beliefs questioned.

This is the debate and serious talk section, actually debate things properly every now and then please. Religion has been covered extensively, nobody is changing anybody's mind. Move the fuck on or read through and add to one of the previous threads. IS THERE REALLY ANY FUCKING NEED FOR ANOTHER FUCKING GOD-FORSAKEN THREAD?
Logic can't work against the faithful and committed aethiests are not going to be swayed in their own beliefs any time soon.
