Wake from standby BF2 Won't launch

hey,
If I play BF and then ut my computer on standby the wake and attempt to play BF again it just launches goes black then quit's itself.

Any ideas on what wrong?

Tried search but didn't find anything.

Wait a minute or so after waking before re-starting BF2.

when you put the computer to sleep, it stores stuff in the memory, then effectively shuts down.
It takes a few minutes for the computer to clear the memory and cache.

At least taht^^ is how i understand it, i may be talking BS
