So basically I have a 400W PSU with 20a on the +12V rail. More than enough to run a 7600GS that doesn't even have a fan (Passive Cooling), but the god damn nVidia Sentinel thing still says it's not good enough (???). Surely it is. 400W is quite beefy i'd imagine and 20a on the 12 isn't that bad either.

So I'm guessing it's something to do with the AGP slot not supplying enough power or something. Is there a setting in the BIOS i can change to give the card enough power? Something's going wrong here. It just might be the AGP slot. Maybe some voltage thing or something I'm not sure.

Any help?

lol I'm a fucking moron. There was a molex power connector on the card which i've not connected and it's gone. Thing is, the manual and internet sites specifically said that it doesn't have one, so I didn't bother to look. Sorry for my topics posting than replying with myself fixing it. My bad. Maybe you will learn from my stupidity.

Moral of the story: Don't trust the internets and/or chinglish manuals. Do it yourself, check things yourself. Use your brain.

Anyway you can lock this. Report'd.
