Why is there no accuracy for tank guns ect???

i find the lMG placements can be hard to use on small targets at long range
for the tank mg placement? i dont' know. I would assume that its "bolted" on the tank; the accuracy would be quite high....but then again i only play IO and i forgotten about tanks and apcs
