As some of you might know i'm married to a cuban woman since two years back. She's had serious problems leaving the country since she's a nurse and the cuban government demands all people who got their education, to work at least five years before leaving the country. After dealing with lots of people and bureaucracy, we have finally found a way to get past the requirements.

She's coming to live with me here in Sweden permanently this year!!! I'm so happy right now that i thought i would share this with you.

I agree, cuba is wonderful, but we have no future there. The standard of living is low. My wife only makes 13 dollars a month. I work as a construction painter and i don't think i would make enough money there to provide for us and the upcoming children. it is also somewhat difficult for foreigners to get permission to live there.

Almost a year. I visit her at leats two times a year. It costs me a fortune but it's worth every penny. After my second trip i thought:

" If i don't ask this woman to marry me, i'll regret it for the rest of my life"

So i asked her.
