Ok, during my time of gaming with BF2 I have won ribbons and medals and then eventually quit the game and they not accounted for...
For example I had a 2 games one morning and got a gold medal for the first game and silver for the second. I then logged back on that evening and had 3 games all I won gold. I logged out and as it often happens they weren't displaying in my stats, only the 2 medals (a gold and a silver) from that morning.... They still weren't there the following day. I never got them and this happens frequently, I'm being polite when I say it really annoys me... then there's ribbons... much they same thing really but I got the ones I lost with the last BF2 patch...
Also just another thing... I have a habit of shooting jets out of the sky with a tank... only the crazy thing is that someone at EA thought that it takes 2 shots from a TANK to take a jet out??? How does that work? a jet is flying straight at you at full speed bullets blaring you fire a shot directly at him and hit him straight in the nose, he continues flying like hardly anything happened and drops a couple of missiles a few meters away from you which blows you to pieces...
Remembered something else... Some how the enviroment dynamics just isn't as good as BF1942. I mean if I was flying 10,000 feet in the air in BF1942 it fealt like I was flying 10,000 feet in the air, mountains stood high and the draw distance was awesome... However BF2 has none of these characteristics, that was a huge dissapointment when I first bought the game...
