i would like an MP3 player on it but not a necessity and i dont mind to much about camera quality, basically if people have these phones and would recommend, please say

True, the touch thing is always either not sensitive enough or too sensitive, there is no middle ground

Right, let's shorten this list.
Motorola = useless.
LG = useless but for Prada which is... mostly useless; all flash, no substance.
Samsung = great, but neither of those now.

Now we're left with Nokia and S.E.
~
S.E. = K800i the one to choose out of those.
Nokia = N95 the one for those.

Out of those two, I'd choose the N95 any day - if the K850i were there rather than the K800i, I'd select that.

I have a Motorola K1 aka KRZR, and I love it! It sports close to the same thinness as a razr, but without the disadvantage of having it be as wide as a house like the razr. It has touch-sensitive music control buttons on the outside, and it sports bluetooth, so you can listen to your tunes and take your calls with a wireless (and bluetooth) headset. I haven't had any problems with mine, and it takes decent resolution pictures and videos, and has a dedicated button to easily access these features. I would definitely recommend the Motorola K1 KRZR, and while I'm at it, I'll just mention that I have Verizon Wireless as my carrier. Love them, wish they were a little cheaper, but for the excellent cell reception that I get (I'll have like 1-2 bars when other's have none), it's worth the little bit more Hope this suggestion helps!

was going to poll it, but forgot that it was all sorted so you can have more than 10 results, im silly

thanks for the help everyone, looks like an overwhelming win for the N95, with the K800i still being a possibility

one more question, do you get headphones with the N95?

also, reading back, what you said about the K1 sounds rather convincing, what kind of memory space does it have?
edit: just looked back over the list and in accessories it doesnt mention bluetooth etc like it does with some of the others, so me thinks i wouldnt get it
