there actually have been a few topics about this. but yeah i would like to see blood too. i think they left it out because it would require more memory.
There is a 'mod' out there that basically just changes the current 'dust puffs' that occur when someone is hit to look red like blood, though you still cannot play in online ranked servers with this. This was heavily discussed long ago when the game first came out, perhaps DICE didn't want the game pushed past the Teen rating that it currently has.
I would love to see their head pop off when I hit it with my M24
small blood puffs like those seen in both the Call of Duty titles would be perfect becayse they are:
A. Not obsene amounts of blood
B. Very realistic
C. easily made by the developers (just do what the mod did and change the dust puffs to red)

im ok with it. as long as it dosent make me use 1000000000 more gigs of ram to play this crazy game!
Blood would be an excellent and more realistic addition. Unfourtunately this would mean the age to buy the game would increase, which means less sales for Mr.EA.. Sales first, gaming second (in the EA world).

You cant see it, but they keep duct tape in those medic bags for just this purpose.
I heard from somebody(Ithink it may have been one of the TF members.. maybe it was CHUY.) on these forums that the game originally had blood "puffs" instead of the dust, but changed it because it would make the game rated M.
yeah or see a guy get blown into little pieces with c4.... probably only be able to get revived when killed by bullets but even still after getting killed with a machine gun highly unlikly you would surviveKevinB550 wrote:

all in all it be nice to see some blood
shame there isnt some way to "unlock" blood by sending in a copy of your birth certificate so that adults could get it and minors not!!!damn,i miss blood.
