Its not just about the customers/landlord, people that are employed there shouldn't have to lose their job because the landlord doesn't mind if people smoke in their pub.
1)To be fair when you applied for a job in a pub a year ago you would take into account that it is quite likely to get a bit smokey
2)Half the people who work in oubs smoke anyway, and a larger proportion don't give a damn, such as me, not that it matters now anyway
3)The open fireplace in my now only local gives out more smoke than any smokers would anyway, and they can't ban fire can they?
