Buying a new one and im choosing between these, any proposal?

And another question, what is the diffrence between the 2nd and the 3rd except the memory, the cost is the same?

The 2nd one is a new model, it's the 8800GT and it's produced on a smaller core (say the heart of the gfx). The third one is older, performs less, and is still based on a bigger core, which gives more heat, and therefore on the new core only a single slot cooling design is needed, but on the third option a dual slot cooler. Amazing huh? But the 2nd one is the best of the three, it performs really well and is cheap.
