I score kills out as far as any sniper does. In fact I have been counter-sniping with the PKM in Sharqi lately with good results at 3-4 blocks away. Not as efficient agreed but effective when i have a little patience. Most of my other weapons are 25-45% accuracy but the LMG 12% lol but I do kill more with it.

EA goofed with the accuracy credit for the LMG - it makes people get the wrong idea about what it is for.

The LMG is not intended as a point target weapon. Its purpose is to suppress the areas within enemy positions, troops concentrations, kill what it may and to add damage to low & slow moving aircraft or vehicles. You use the LMG to keep the enemy's heads down while your squad gets into range to use their weapons.
