BF2S Forums Not getting new unlocks...fun

I got two unlocks and unlocked just the DAO-12 (I wanna save one for the new sniper). And I can use it in-game every time, it seems.

But my weapon unlock box is a bit screwed up. I didn't see the new weapons at all (I think someone said they can see the new weapons and unlock them but not use them - I can't see them), and I get several blank weapons that carry the label of an existing weapon. E.g. I see the F2000 twice, but one time has a blank picture.

So I reckon the code is pretty buggy because of the new weapons added.

EA and DICE have said that u get 2 "free" unlocks which u can freely use for watever weapon u please...for those who have all the current "available" unlocks from BF2 and BF2:SF obviously no unlocks are available for u because the new patch has not been released yet...unfortunately for the really eager players who thought "oh free unlock whoopdeedoo, i'll use it straight away" and unlocked the already available weapons, they have to wait to be promoted before they can unlock the new weapons available in the v1.2 patch...so ppl with all the unlocks apart from the one's to come...do not be alarmed...u'll be the first one's to play with EA's and DICE's new god given toys ...while the others are left to ponder about why they are getting owned by these weapons unknown to them...

I already used my unlocks cause i dont plan on getting euro force. it will probally end up being like the sf unlocks where u cant get them unless u have it.

Edit: well either that or u will have to have SF to get them. in which case im only like 2500 away from my next rank anyway.
