BTW, playing console on a 21" colour TV from 1982 is really KICKASS!!!

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. No i meant I like them on consoles cos they have good controls for those games, much better than pc, and you can have better controls for FPS (mouse n keyboard), so surely it builds on the point of having a console

And I don't like the idea of people being able to use KB/M on a console. It's almost as bad as using a hack; any person worth his salt would recognize that KB/M is far more precise and better than a controller.

edit: Bennis if you want good controls for racing games, steering wheel with pedals is the only way to go

Yeah but if you can afford a PS3 I'm sure you have a Keyboard + Mouse sitting around somewhere, so the its a feature that you should take advantage of, its not a hack because anyone can use the keyboard/mouse feature.
