What exactly is white music though? Country? Everything other than rap?

It is stupid, especially the black history month. Where's the months for the other races, or the other "ethnic minority" races. I suppose White History Month is every month except whatever month is Black History month.

I think it's pretty safe to say hip hop is black music. Rap isn't just a medium; it's a culture. And that culture was born from blacks, and is still dominated by blacks today, so I think you can call it black. Same way you can call tennis a white sport because it was invented by whites, reflects white values (it's a spendy sport, so even after blacks got equal rights they weren't playing, and it was mostly played by the upper class because of the unique tools it required), and is still dominated by whites today. It's not to say that another race or culture isn't "allowed" in a sport or culture or whatever, but it can "belong" to one group of people.

And on topic, yes, it is racist. It is understandable, since most other stations could just as easily be considered white, but it's racist.

What the hell? This is blatant stereotyping. Rap is not the only music that's black. There's also RnB, Blues, Jazz (which both require much more skill than the synthetic stuff they play on the radio) and early rock. I'm pretty sure there's more, but that's just a part of it. Ah... Soul as well...

The reason you can't do a 'white' radio station, is because white people are still divided into many more groups, such as latin and... damn my brain, can't think of any others atm
