Hey guys, I just found out about this today, and I know I'm running the risk of touching on a really old and archaic subject, but I found it quite amusing:

When you go into the Video options, the main page has the picture of that American dude holding the M16. Firstly, have you noticed that the flag in the minimap is Chinese and yet the map is Mashtuur City? Secondly, what is it with the lack of fog in the background (and here PB is resetting people for having no fog). Also, there is an AA vehicle which meant Mashtuur had aircraft too. I also realised that there were heaps of flag icons on the bar underneath the minimap.

Anyways, hope that was enlightening. If you already knew it, please don't reply with useless comments such as carecup is empty and whatnot.

And on the side, we're off to holidays over the next week and a bit, so won't see you guys for a while, but we'll miss you guys alot. Peace out.

Yeah, we knew about that. Snake made a thread about it, how the original Mashtuur (divided city) was US vs PLA, and it had jets and such. Theres even evidence of the original design around the map, if you look hard enough.

I didnt say it was US vs PLA (did I?!), I just found the original airfield locations, roads to them and a strange lagoon
Early screenshots of the game (Mashtuur, around the Power Station flag) show AA vehicles with the viaduct in the background.

Divided City was an entirely different map to Mashtuur, and is the one seen in the preview videos of the Spec Ops running around on the streets vs a T90, using their Simrads to call in an F15.
