Funny yes, but just how much do petty issues effect the results of an election? Is an election process even reasonable when so much of the vote is decided by bullshit issues?

Well, if gay marriage becomes the major issue of this election, you'll know bullshit is the deciding factor.

Why do things like this happen? Because people are stupid, and special interests get the people riled up about bullshit.

The only logical choice for the major issue this time around is what to do about Iraq.
