Follow his instructions and you'll never get it.
1. take a picture with your camera
2. print out the picture
3. open the forums
4. type image in message
5. hold picture up to screen
6. press submit
that will work great
or you could do [ img ]http://www.freeimagehostingforpoorpeople.com/image.jpg[ /img ] <-- without the spaces between the brackets [img]

size of pic
any message imageshack is giving you why it doesn't work...

There you go.
go to www.photobucket.com and register, upload your photo, copy the img tag(the one in the middle) under the photo and paste it on a forum. It will show up as a code until you submit your post.

If I remember correctly, 7 of those dont need serial numbers. And out of curiousity, do you have the old Red Alert 2 box with New York getting attacked? You know, the box that came out on 9/8.
