Ok, first of all you need to post your specs.

If you don't know what they are.. god help us. Also, some background info; how old is the computer, is it only since you've started playing CoD? etc.

it might be your video card over heating because when i got a black screen for NFS thats what happens

Well, seeing you can get to safe mode, I assume you can still access your bios which is a good thing.

First guess would be video card overheating too (or fried). try your on board card if that's possible.
If you have anything like knoppix or so (a bootable OS from a disk, try booting that).
If it just happens, remove the power cable etc, wait an hour and try again.

which error is on the blue screen, should be something like: STOP 0x0000...

if it disappears too soon, press F8 (or whatever) again, and choose something like: Don't restart on error
Write down the error code

And do you have an onboard GPU, on which you can put your monitor, does that work?

I had this problem before. I believe when it crashed it may have corrupted the graphics drivers. I could get into safe mode though. Try unplugging your gpu and running off the onboards. Then reinstalling drivers.

Or have you recently installed new gpu drivers? If you didn't uninstall the old ones first it may lead to both starting when you turn on your pc. If you can start task manager, identify the driver processes and stop one of them. Uninstall all gpu drivers and then reinstall one
