Really do not want to spend more then 380.00$

4 Gig of GSkill DDR800 Memory.

Gigabyte P35 LGA 775.

Core 2 Duo e6750.

I was going to go Quad Core but I would require a higher power supply then my current OCZ 520 Watt.

Thoughts?

Eventually down the road I will Dual Boot Windows Pro and Vista x64 bit.

Right now I have windows XP 32 bit, Go ahead and save myself the trouble, But I have a relative with Pro x64 bit
