Acording to your UBAR-Ribons link, I need 26 minutes and 45 team points IAR. I have done that three times already (by a huge margin ie. 57, 47 and 50 team point and more than 26 min each). Why am I not getting the ribbon?
Do you mean the Meritorious Unit Ribbon? If so you have to be a squad memeber not squad leader or commander or lone wolf for those 26 minutes. and have 40 team points not total points. There for you have to get 40 team points in a combination of assist kills, ammo points, repair points, healing points, revive points, anything else that is NOT combat points.

After looking at the requirements again, I guess you could be the squad leader or a squad memeber. But in either case the the 40 pts have to be team points not a total of team points and combat points.
Furthermore, if you're dead, it doesn't count as time - so if you die 10 times, thats 150 seconds that you lose, so you would need to actually play in a squad for 28 1/2 minutes instead of 26 and so on.
Those are TEAM PIONTS that I got not combat or overall score. 1 time I was a Sqd Ldr the other two I was a team Sqd Member. ??????? And my time in the Sqd's was over 26 min alive. Also you are right It's the Meritorious Unit Ribbon.

I got mine about a week ago (wasn't actually trying for it so was pretty chuffed) only to have the server not report ANY STATS, MEDALS or RIBBONS from that game (or any of the games that night). Was pretty bummed about that, then again my mate had earned his vet engineer for the 3rd time only to have it not counted a 3rd time.
Well you earned it. Now just make sure you get the ribbon. Try going to mashtuur on a full 64 person server and get in the blackhawk crew. Easy ribbon!
lmao. That's how I got the Valorious Unit Ribbon and Legion of Merit Ribbons. Blackhawk crew as engineer. Just crank the wrench. With 2 good gunners and good pilot you will have a great round.

For that ribbon i actually medic whored for the round to get the team points. Played on karkand, got it on my first try.

That is how I got mine: 14 flag neutralisations (28 points) and 14 flag captures (another 28 points). Grand total 56 teampoints. Never killed an enemy, just drove from enemy flag to enemy flag. I did it on Daqiinq 64 with 20 or so players. Had to remember NOT to sit in the vehicule at the flag beausce I hate being a polygon for airplanes. Also did some artful dodging right after the neutralisations because the good pilots will always bomb a flag they just lost (free kills), then go back to complete the capture. Use a fast buggy.

I have a feeling a lot of rounds don't last 26 minutes... The other night I was on Karkand and got SIXTY NINE teamwork points for reviving/healing and I was in a squad the entire round. No award. Also, sometimes there's a delay between meeting a requirement for an award and receiving it. I got my Legion of Merit Ribbon a little while after hitting the 50 team points. Maybe if a round is barely 26 minutes long, you don't get the award. Anyways, it's frustrating.
find a server with 20 - 30 players on a 64 player map. unless the teams are lopsided, the round should last 30 - 45 minutes.
Lol, I got mine back when all 6 people could cap a flag with the BH. And I was flying so it was easy shit.
