I posted about this some time ago.  I find it hilarious how there are messages from Americans saying "you are teh man", or "I admire you a lot Dr. Ahmadinejad".

I think many people on the world do not really know Iran, especially for Irans long history and great culture. I will say, I hope Iran will use its nuclear for peace. Im happy to visit Mr. presidents blog. Its a good way to know Iran whitout the world powers sight.

Do you think every single one of those comments haven't been edited, or even just written by Iranian government officials?

Although I am impressed by the site leaving comments such as "die slow" and "you are a nigger" have been left on, stuff like that would even get deleted on BF2S.

It's kind of childish of Americans throwing such hateful taunts 'You are a nigger' at some guy who lives 10,000 miles away from them and who poses them no threat whatsoever. If Bush opened a blog I wouldn't be posting 'You are a crackerjack ninnyhead' or similarly childish nonsense: I'd be asking straight and serious questions about his foreign policy.

I have to say - he is fast becoming the master of populist and propagandist media tricks. He wipes the floor with US attempts at reaching the arab populace.

...duh. You think just because it's by the head of a state people magically become more mature and refrain from posting stupid shit? Though limiting it to Americans is honestly pretty silly. The only reason you don't see people from other countries doing it is because the youth there don't care as much/don't have access.

I'd love to know what it is about Iran exactly that warrants such vitriol from America, other than the fact that they are a hugely important power in terms of the global supply of oil. The desired US hegemony over all oil interests in the middle east has a lot to fucking answer for. France needs to take a long hard look at itself too.

There doesn't have to be a good reason, this is the uneducated, stupid, juvenile class doing this. All they know is Iran is in the news a lot, they're kinda backwards, and might be planning to blow up New York with a nuclear weapon or something.
