ok there have been a few posts about all these new ranks...mainly officer ranks...however does anyone have any idea what the requirements are for each new rank....yes i have searched but it all seems very confusing! maybe someone with inside knowlede can help us out here!...

i could but they already did later down in the thread.

EDIT: Cyborg_Ninja-117 can read chinese too (hes in tha same school with me)
