personality is (arguably) more important to sustaining a long-term relationship...
but initial attraction is driven by a biological need to reproduce, and what we see as "attractive" is just what we intrinsically know as "fertile."

I'd like to add that it's more wise to go with the more personality friendly mate so you'll have more happiness.  Fun and happiness are two different things.  And what happens when your hot wife's face turns to leather because of all that sun she got nude sun bathing?  You gonna spend your life talking to a retard with a leather face?

Ok, anyone saying personality is a liar.  Read the question ffs.  It says which is the bigger factor in "attraction"?  Attraction begins with the looks, then you get to know the girl and her personality.  But first attraction factor is without doubt the looks.

Looks are great for a while but they change. Its a lot harder for a person to change their personality so I will go with the latter.

I don't know about this poll, but I know that for women, pecker-size is the most important thing to them.  I'll summarize the results of the study I read: if you have less than 14 inches, you aren't even classified as a man to the average woman.  They consider you a half-man/half-woman hybrid.  Anything less than 14 inches won't satisfy a woman, and if she's still with you and you have less than 14 inches, then she's a lesbian. 

Most of you will find this hard to believe, but the data is based on a study conducted by a famous Harvard Psychiatrist.  It was found that 14 inches produces the critical amount of pleasure/pain for the woman to 'submit'.  Anything below 14 inches produced only fake orgasms and thus, fake submission. 

It should also be noted that 95% of the women polled mentioned that the ideal pecker-size was 27 inches, and that the 14 inch critieria was just a minimum.

Wow, they must of used cheap whores as the test subjects.

Personality is a bigger factor, but I need physical attraction for a relationship to work. I want to be able to both talk to and sleep with my significant other. I don't want to have to turn to someone else for either of the two.
