It's saying that in UBAR: Order and Availability of Unlocks – When an unlock is granted, you will be able to select any weapon listed below. However, the Battlefield 2: Special Forces Unlocks can only be unlocked if (a) you have played Battlefield 2: Special Forces
So I when I'll install Special Force then I have to play like 10 minutes or something like that, Until i can unlock my 4 guns?

You get 2 unlocks per rank once EA has recognised you've played Special Forces, including past ranks.

You cannot choose a gun on the second tier, until you've chosen the corresponding gun on the first tier

Just finish a round of SF, and then you'll get your unlocks.
